For those who prefer a more social activity based lifestyle, we certainly have a full line up of activities to keep you busy!
Our Nicholson Center is the social hub of the Village and hosts not only daily meals, but also various programs weekly including choir and orchestra concerts, plays, talent shows, comedy shows, and special speakers and entertainment brought in for your enjoyment.
Connected to the Nicholson Center is the Elliot Center which houses pool tables, shuffleboard tables, and even ping-pong. Board games are very popular each evening and there are several card groups for you to join that play here during the week. There is even a big screen tv and seating area to catch your favorite shows.
Across the street from the Nicholson and Elliott Centers you will find the Phillippe Center. This building houses the Wesleyan Village Library and self serve coffee area. In addition, there is a computer lab available for use by our residents. This building also has an information desk manned by one of our many volunteers where tickets for meals and events can be purchased.
Village Life
Life in Wesleyan VIllage is vibrant, engaging, and full of purpose. Residents enjoy a wide variety of opportunities to stay connected and involved, from singing in the village choir or playing in the village orchestra to expressing creativity through the drama club. For those seeking fellowship and spiritual growth, women’s Bible studies offer a welcoming space to connect, while numerous volunteer opportunities make it easy to give back and make a meaningful difference. Beyond the rich calendar of village activities, residents also enjoy exciting day trips to local tourist attractions, along with overnight getaways and even cruises—making it easy to explore new places, build friendships, and embrace each day with enthusiasm.
